Carmen Pagett, Owner/Operator
Carmen has been a Certified Massage Therapist for 17 years graduating from Clinical Touch School of Massage in 2001. Carmen has experience working on a very wide range of conditions and has passed this training and care onto her staff of highly skilled therapists.
Michael has been a massage therapist for 7 years. He graduated from Healing Arts Institute and has been continuing to learn ever since. Michael excels at treating neck pain, frozen shoulder, and releasing capsular restrictions (locked joints). He also enjoys working with clients to address postural deviations and manages their chronic pain. Michael also enjoys utilizing Swedish relaxation techniques to reduce stress and bring his clients much-needed ease.
Peter has been doing bodywork for 7 years and specializes in neuromuscular and sports therapies. Peter has experience working with a wide variety of people including professional athletes and bodybuilders, runners, cyclists, as well as a weekend warrior or two. Peter has an active massage style and uses his knowledge of neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, and myofascial release techniques to break up scar tissue and deactivate trigger points.
Rhiannon has been a massage therapist for 8 years. She graduated from The Institute of Massage in Williamsville, NY in 2010, moving here to the Sacramento Region in 2012. Her massage style tends to be slow-moving, deep and detail oriented. Rhiannon excels at treating clients with neck injuries, carpal tunnel, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, SI joint, and low back pain.
Heidi has been a massage therapist for 6 years. She is experienced working with a variety of clients including those who are undergoing cancer treatments or who are in recovery, clients who are pregnant, and geriatric clients. Using integrative massage techniques Heidi M. treats conditions such as fibromyalgia, burn scarring, plantar fasciitis along with other foot conditions. She is also certified in Lymphatic Drainage techniques.
Tina graduated from The Body Institute and has been furthering her massage education over the last 18 years. Tina likes to use myofascial release techniques and gliding trigger point work to aid her clients with headaches, migraines, TMD, thoracic outlet syndrome, and shoulder dysfunctions. Tina likes to nurture each of her clients and have them leave feeling more mobile and relaxed after each session.
Staci graduated from the Healing Arts Institute and has been working as a massage therapist for 9 years. She has experience treating neuropathy, disc herniations as well as working in the acute stages of disc replacement recovery. Staci also excels at treating tendonitis, and temporomandibular joint dysfunction and enjoys working with clients to improve their hip and low back pain.
Kara has been a massage therapist for one year. Kara’s massage style is very intuitive, non-invasive and deeply relaxing. Kara excels at treating carpal tunnel syndrome, migraines, and acute whiplash.
Jacob has been a massage therapist for four years. Jacob’s massage style is broad, deep, and focused. He has confidence in treating back pain and stiffness in addition to specific conditions such as rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, and sciatic pain.
